Boot Camp FAQs!

 

  • How much does boot camp cost?

 

There are a variety of packages ranging from 1 class per week to 3 classes per week. Depending upon which package you choose, your rates will range from $12-$20/class.  There will be special monthly promotions at times, so be sure to check that out!  You are guaranteed the best price when you make a purchase.

 

  • Can I try a class before I decide to join?

 

Every prospective member receives one FREE class before joining! It’s important to me that you try boot camp to ensure it is a good fit before making the commitment. Occasionally, there will be a sampler package promotion going on which does not require a 3 month commitment. Please take advantage of that to get a taste of boot camps in lieu of the free workout as it is a great way to experience several classes. ** Please note, If you are not looking to commit to a memebership, and just looking to do Saturday drop in classes than the complimentary class does not apply. 

 

  • How do I sign up for my FREE class?

 

You can sign up for your first class by setting up an online account. Once your account is set up, it will provide you the option of ‘Trial Member – Drop In’. Select that, then register for your first class! (It will ask you for your credit card information, but nothing will be charged until we confirm you want to join.)

 

  • How do I pay for class?

 

I use an online membership software program called MindBody. All boot camp contract packages are charged by the month. I ask for a 3 month commitment to ensure you’re able to fully experience the program and see results. Your membership will continue until you tell me you want to cancel. Or, you can sign up for a 10 pack that expires in 3months time. This would be a good option for someone who travels a lot for work, and needs a bit of flexbility. 

 

To purchase monthly classes, register through Mindbody, then click the "online store" tab on the right hand side. From there, click on the "contract" tab. Or, once logged into Mindbody, you can find the direct link to class packages here.

 

  • Where does boot camp meet?

 

Boot camp meets at the training studio located at 1440 N St, NW Ste. 8, inside a residential building. The front desk will buzz you in and point you in the right direction. Once the group has arrived and the weather permits, we will head outside to a nearby location.

 

During the winter season (Jan & Feb), we will be indoors. Location is TBD, but will ikely be Augustana Luthern Church.

 

  • What should I bring to boot camp?

 

A bottle of water, a smile, and a bright and shiny attitude.  I will provide the rest. I have sweat towels, mats and access to a restroom, although there is no shower at the facility.

 

  • Do you have a class cancellation policy?

 

I ask for 12 hour notice of cancellation to avoid being charged for that class. If you cancel prior to 12 hours, the class will be returned to you. Please cancel through MindBody so that your spot is reopened for someone else.

 

  • Who are your boot camps designed for?

 

Boot camps are designed for all ages, genders and fitness levels. Most workouts are timed so you complete as much work as YOU are able. Modifications will always be provided both for beginners and the more advanced. We will do some running, but you do not have to be a runner to attend boot camp.
