Downtown DC Boot Camp!

 

Boot Camp is a high energy, total body strength and conditioning calorie burning workout! You will enjoy the camaraderie and encouragement from myself, and other like-minded boot campers throughout the hour session. Be prepared to increase your metabolism, improve your stamina, and feel much better then you did before you started the class!

 

Boot camp meets at the training studio located at 1440 N St, NW Ste. 8, and we will then head outdoors to a near by location, or be indoors in Jan/Feb.

 

 

2017 BOOT CAMP CLASS SCHEDULE:
Boot Camps are offered on the following days & times:

Mondays @ 7am
Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 7pm
Saturdays @ 9am 

Saturdays in July and August will be @ 830am!

Boot Camp Rates:

 

1) Option 1: 

3month contract package:

4 pack for $72 per month
8 pack for $120 per month

12 pack for $144 per month

 

2) Option 2:  10 pack for $200 which expires in 3months from date of purchase.

 

3) Option 3: Saturday classes: Open to both member & non-members! The drop-in rate is $20. Class size is limited so advanced sign up is required through MindBody.

 

 

Membership & Cancellation Policy:

All boot camp contract packages are charged by the month. I ask for a 3 month commitment to ensure you’re able to fully experience the program and see results. Your membership will continue until you tell me you want to cancel.

 

To purchase monthly classes, register through Mindbody, then click the "online store" tab on the right hand side. From there, click on the "contract" tab. Or, once logged into Mindbody, you can find the direct link to class packages here.


*Class Cancellation requires 12 hour notice to avoid being charged for the class.
